Aya is a ronin that works at the cafe "Kantera" where Hatsuyuki is the substitute manager. Visual Novel: She actually knew Hatsuyuki from her school days where she was one year his senpai and the student council president. She found Hatsuyuki during the middle of his vagabond lifestyle, and managed change his ways. She introduced him to work and live at Kantera, which at the time she was the only employee. At that time, she was processed by the ghost of his younger brother, Akira, who died of hypothermia. But because Hatsuyuki can see ghosts, he didn't realize that Akira was in fact Aya being pocessed. In the end after many incidents and drama, Hatsuyuki managed to banish Akira's soul from Aya's body and severing all of her memory of the incident and everything to do with Hatsuyuki. Afterwards Aya managed to graduate and became a ronin, and "started" to work at Kantera.
