His birth place is Hong Kong. Mr. Suen joined the advertisement field after graduated from the secondary school. In 1995, he won the Culturecom comics competition by story "Wu Yuan". He became the Artist of Culturecom in 1997. "The Legend of Sun Yat Sen" and "The Legend of Guan-Yin" were highly recommended by the educational organizations.
