30 year old Randy acts as Jessie's caretake, although it appears she takes care of him more by cooking, he often gives her advice. He is a priest who was a high ranking guard and Eagle's superior. Despite being a priest Randy breaks the rule of not smoking or drinking. Randy also has some doctoral training.
