Fugui Jia leads the renowned Muye Gang, an association of martial artists who share common goals. Though, the gangmaster is not taken seriously oftentimes due to his genetic baldness – a sad story. To find cures for his baldness, he goes on a journey with his right-hand man Lin Tang.
