These animal hybrids, called Cephoids, live at odds with the humans that control the center city Sanctums. Without a real place to call home, Dallas, a bounty hunter cephoid, lives outside city walls in the treacherous radiation wasteland. Working bounty to bounty, he drifts his way through the remnants of the Old World and does as he pleases—with a considerable bounty on his own head. The two of them come together in a clash of power and aggression. Vincent wants answers. Dallas has details, but he won’t give them up so easily. That’s ok, Vincent has time to kill, and he seems like a fun way to waste it.
